Now Vellfire original absorber is expensive compared to these Tein brand. But its more comfortable.

they are good when comes to toyota.
no complaints over these years of servicing.
they have get even more structured by having service advisor to attend customers. so that the technical serviceman can focus on your car.
even there are new serviceman, but from observation they have been trained to work like service center standards (keep up the standards of enforcing trained workforce)
not the pushy kind by just to sell products but instead they give recommendations and car owner have the choice.
